Delete your account
You can delete your Waz account and its data from inside the game, or by email.
In the game
- Open Waz and go to Settings.
- Choose "Delete my account".
- Confirm both steps.
By email
- Write to support@playwaz.com with the subject "Delete my Waz account".
- Give your friend code, from your profile, or the name shown on your profile if you cannot open the game.
- We may ask one question to check that the account is yours, and we write back when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile: display name, friend code, age band, country, level, rank and settings.
- Your Crumbs balance and history, your items, your progress, your animals and their journals.
- Your friends list, clan membership, ghost replays and saved photos.
What stays
- Purchase records that Apple, Google and RevenueCat or tax law require, tied only to a random ID.
- Crash reports, which do not name you.
Deleting cannot be undone, and purchases cannot be restored after it. A store subscription is cancelled in the store, not here, so cancel it there first.
Just the waitlist
If you only want your email off the waitlist, write to support@playwaz.com from that address.
